The name ‘313somerset’ and the name ‘313@somerset’, wherever they appear throughout this website, are only working names for the shopping mall to be developed by Lend Lease Retail Investments 1 Pte Ltd on the site above the Somerset MRT station referred to as ‘Somerset Central’ in URA tender document for land parcel 674 named Somerset Central.

Lend Lease Retail Investments 1 Pte Ltd is in the process of developing a suitable name for the shopping mall and, until a suitable name is found, the names “313somerset” and “313@somerset” are used as a convenient way of referring to the shopping mall as they describe the location of the shopping mall, which is above Somerset MRT station and fronts Orchard Road.
