The Ice Cream Bar is the first (and only) ice creamery in Singapore that specialises in alcoholic flavours. Intrigued by how different types of alcohol are able to impart complex flavour profiles that are uncommon in ice creams, we set out to create boozy ice creams which incorporate various liquors, spirits, wine and beer, bringing together two things people love the most – ice cream and booze.
