Our Beef Rice Noodles is made with broth that is cooked by simmering premium beef and served with braised beef and rice noodles. The Lamb Rice Noodles has a history of more than 300 years that is made using lamb broth stewed for hours to achieve a flavourful broth and served with rice noodles. For those who love spicy food, opt for our bright red spicy broth. What’s more, you can add-on additional ingredients such as braised tofu, Chinese cabbage or offal.
